The Ohio State Extension Office will hold its FREE "Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program" (EFNEP) class at our Fairborn Parenting Network location beginning Feb. 8, 2023.
The sign-up sheet is available at the Fairborn Parenting Network location: 954 N Maple Avenue, Fairborn, OH 45324.
This 9-week program will be held every Wednesday at 3 p.m.
About the class:
EFNEP teaches caregivers how to make healthier, safer, and lowercost food choices for themselves and their families while boosting their ability to choose and buy food that is healthier for their families. They also gain new skills in food preparation, storage, and safety, learn how to better manage their food budgets, and how to increase their physical activity levels.
