Della Fell
Della J. Fell is a devoted Christian. Della graduated from Bethel High School and has been a resident of the area for more than 70 years. Della was married to the love of her life for 47 wonderful years. She is the proud mother of four beautiful children, a grandmother of nine, and a great-grandmother of seven. Della is an active member of the Ohio Chapter of Easter Starts #536. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, traveling, fishing, and following The Ohio State University football team and the Cincinnati Reds baseball team. Previously, Della was the CEO of Trueblood Inc. Plastic Injections Machinery and Tooling. She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Edward Jones Investment, Spring Hill Nursery, Trueblood Inc., Elsass Heckerk Insurance, and Truegreen Chemlawn. Della's favorite quote: "Let your light shine so bright that others can see their way out of the dark."

Larry Bogemann
Larry graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and later from California Institute of Technology with a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering. He had an extensive 26-year career in the U.S. Air Force. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, Larry devoted 24 years to the management of small businesses supporting the acquisition community at Wright Patterson AFB. He retired from that role in 2013 as Sr. Vice President; Dayton Division for PESystems, Inc. As a member of the FYI board, Larry hopes to offer his extensive managerial experience to further the organization’s efforts as FYI Board Treasurer.

Lauren Spencer
Lauren’s passion has always been helping youth and families beginning when she was attending Cedarville University and working for Greene County Juvenile Court as the Director of Youth for the Strengthening Families Program. She went on to earn her Masters of Education from Wright State University in School Counseling and has been a high school counselor for both Greenon Local Schools and Beavercreek City Schools for over a decade. She serves at Medway Church as an online host to bring a warm welcome experience to their online viewers and would like her to use her experience at Medway to enhance FYI’s online interactions with their viewers as well. She loves her family and enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and 2 sons, Mac and Gabe. In her spare time, she loves home decorating and gardening.

Emily McMahan
Emily is a 2015 graduate of Wright State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a minor in Business Management. Emily’s degree builds a strong foundation of understanding in organizational health and development based on the study of psychology and human interaction. As a Senior Director of her former company, Emily has traveled all over the county providing training, curriculum development, and countless speaking engagements. Currently, Emily is a local small business owner, allowing her the freedom to follow her passion for helping others and serving her community. Emily believes that the even smallest positive interaction can create a forever-lasting impact, that is why she is proud to serve with the FYI board. Emily joined the FYI board in Fall 2022, setting goals to increase the organization's social footprint, allowing FYI to expand awareness, serve a larger audience, and empower more families.
