Cutest Baby Contest
Instructions and Guidelines
This contest will take place at The Heritage of Flight Festival on October 5th, 6th, and 7th. Entries may be submitted on the day(s) of the event at the FYI booth (on Main Street close to Penny Lane coffee shop). Babies from any county are welcome to enter. All contest entries require a $3 entry fee. All proceeds from this event go to support the many programs of FYI. The winner will be announced at 5:00 pm on the main stage at the event. ***Child must be ages 2 and under in order to enter.***
1) Find your cutest 5x7 photo (or smaller) and print the following information on the back of the picture:
Child's Name (First and Last)
Child's Birth Date
Guardians Name and Address
Guardians Phone Number
2) Submit the photo with a $3 entry fee to Family & Youth Initiatives at 468 N. Dayton-Lakeview Rd., New Carlisle, OH., OR bring your photo to The Heritage of Flight Festival on October 5th, 6th, or 7th, to the FYI booth (on Main Street close to Penny Lane coffee shop). Office drop-off hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
3) VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! Voting can take place two ways. Voters may begin voting immediately after a baby has been registered at the FYI office and also at the festival. Individuals may vote by making a financial donation to FYI. Voting will close at 4:00 pm on Sunday, October 7th, and money for each entry will be counted and the first winner determined.
4) WINNERS: There will be two categories of winners: one for the baby getting the most votes, and one a random draw.
